Our Story

Full of Beans was started in 2021, with a mission to break down eating disorder stigma and raise awareness to support those affected by eating disorders.

Full of Beans offers weekly podcasts providing inspiring chats with a diverse range of guests, from those with lived experiences to researchers and clinicians in the field. Along with the podcast, guest writers share their stories through the Full of Beans blog.

Han, the founder of Full of Beans, has her own journey with Atypical Anorexia and Body Dysmorphia, as well as research and clinical expertise in eating disorders. Together, these experiences provide insightful conversations with guests as we dive deep into stories and strategies for understanding and promoting recovery.

Eating disorders are crippling illnesses and this podcast aims to motivate you along your path of recovery, remind you that you are never alone in your journey, and that recovery is possible for all.
